In May 2009, Century Sales & Management--an existing client--approached us with a brand new concept for rental search called "RentPing". Century wanted to be first-to-market and requested our assistance in strategy, design, SEO, and programming. The new rental search website would be integrated with Craigslist and social media, benefitting both landlords and renters equally. Five Q employed an agile development approach, allowing the website to launch in September 2009 while retaining the ability to continuously update and add features.
As 2011 begins, RentPing has grown from a local business to one serving dozens of communities in eight states. RentPing.com was designed by tenants, real estate management professionals, sales executives, and technology gurus to change the way smart owners rent their properties.
