What training and consulting services do you provide?
Five Q provides customized training and consulting services based on your web marketing needs. Our staff of subject-matter experts (SMEs) provide consulting in nearly every area of Internet service including but not limited to online and email marketing, web strategy, search engine optimization, social media strategy, database integration, online video, content development, and web security.
Additionally, our professionals are available for training in the various tools that Five Q supports including the content management system (CMS) based on the Springboard platform, Google Analytics, ExactTarget email marketing, and support ticketing. Our retainer clients have access to all available training and consulting services as part of their contract. If you need training in a specialized area, we can develop a one-time program and documentation that best suits your needs.
Do you do on-site training and consulting, or is your training on the web?
We provide both options depending your specific needs and learning styles. In-person training provides the best opportunities for learning in a hands-on environment. However, web-based training is a great value for training staff in multiple locations and across multiple platforms.
